1. Will you ship worldwide?

SCJAudio will ship worldwide via United States Postal Service to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, some parts of South America, and some parts of Asia under most circumstances. SCJAudio will NOT ship to Africa. All international buyers are required to request shipping quotes either via phone or by email. Contact us for your shipping quote or call if you have any questions.

2. Is SCJAudio an authorized dealer?

Manufacturers will honor warranty on all items purchased through SCJAudio.com

3. How long until I receive my order?

Here at SCJAudio we do our best to get your item shipped out either the SAME DAY or the NEXT DAY after you place the order. If for any reason this is not possible a customer service representative will contact you by phone or by email. Expedited shipping options are available through our website. If you require your item immediately, please select an expedited shipping option or call in for a quote if you are an international buyer.

4. I am searching for an item on your site but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Call us now at (201) 289-5841! As much as we try to keep our website consistent with our inventory, many times we do not get around to listing every product that we have on our website. Chances are we can find the product you are looking for.

5. How can I pay for my order?

On this website, we have several credit card processing services including PayPal and Google Checkout. We also accept checks and money orders. Please mail checks to:
